Lighttour prides itself on providing the highest quality outdoor sleeping pads, and we back every piece of gear we make. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased on our website and from authorized dealers.
If your Lighttour product is found to be defective within one year of use, we will replace it with a new one free of charge if it is a manufacturing defect. However, if the product is normal wear, puncture, abrasion, misuse, modification, abuse or disassembly, please use the repair allowance.
